The front desk associate is the face and voice of our business, so we need someone who loves interacting with people and whose attention to detail is unrivaled.

In this job, you will greet about 40 patients a day. You must be the type of person who knows their name when they walk in the door and remember details about them. Again, when a patient comes through our doors, they’re family! We see patients from one month old to over 100 years old, and for most diagnoses: orthopedics, vestibular, sports, neurological, pelvic health.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answering phones
• Greeting patients
• Managing the schedule for 3-4 therapists (including scheduling, cancelling, rescheduling, and balancing workload)
• Collecting copayments/deductible payments/fees
• Verifying insurances
• Creating and managing patient charts
• Requesting referrals/authorizations
• Up-servicing patients by being knowledgeable of our additional services and products
• Filing/scanning
• Assist therapists/clinic staff as needed.
• Other general office administration and marketing tasks as assigned

• Minimum 1 year experience in a medical office setting scheduling, verifying health insurances and requesting authorizations
• High school diploma, college degree preferred
