Flexiforce is seeking an accountant’s assistant for our client’s busy company in Goulburn. This would be a great start for someone who has just graduated looking for a career in finance. Our client is offering full time hours Monday – Friday and an immediate start for the right person.

Skills:

• Computer proficient in Microsoft suite
• Have excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Reliable, strong work ethic
• Excellent time management skills
• Can demonstrate ability and experience with accounting

Duties not limited to:

As a Finance and Accounting Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Preparation of end of month workpapers and financial accounts for three or more entities
• Maintaining the various schedules associated with the above, including fixed asset and depreciation registers
• Cost allocations
• Consolidated financial reporting
• Working in with the CFO to streamline end of month processes and to improve speed and accuracy.
• Liaising/overseeing the A/P department to ensure accuracy at the point of data entry
• Management of compliance lodgements with the ATO, ASIC, state revenue departments etc.
