Flexicrew Technical Services | Flexblue Staffing is in growth mode and expanding our footprint on the Northshore area. Our companies are throughout the Gulf Coast Region offering Professional, Technical, Light Industrial and Skilled Trades Staffing.

We are seeking someone who is a builder and wants to build out our presence on the Northshore and surrounding areas. Ideal candidate would have account experience selling traditional staffing engagements.

Job Description

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for the daily oversight of operations and delivery of our Staffing Services.

The following represents the essential job functions, but is not intended to be fully inclusive of additional job responsibilities that may be assigned:

• Maintain client business relationships with a partnership approach; seeking opportunities to expand business with customers, resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner and periodically soliciting client feedback to monitor customer satisfaction

• Manage employees assigned to account, maintain employee life cycle, manage productivity of employees, increase retention rates, document and discipline employees that are not meeting productivity goals, lower workers compensation costs by focusing on safety.

• Provide coaching, motivating, and directing to ensure quality delivery and compliance against client SLAs

• Proactively identify, analyze and troubleshoot client service issues in partnership with branch staff; executing upon service strategies and processes as well as timely communication with clients to resolve systemic business issues effectively and efficiently

• Partner with company management to develop Sales Forecast/Projections/Budgets for the branch

• Establishment of client retention and sales goals as well as attaining a performance level that meets or exceeds such goals for the branch through personal efforts and managing a “results-oriented” team (staff)

• Deal with staff problems/complaints in a timely and effective manner; ‘managing by example” through your own personal work ethics and effort; escalating concerns to HR

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in human resources, business, or marketing) or five or more years staffing management and recruiting experience

• Two or more years of prior management experience; requiring hands-on management and coaching

• Two or more years in a consultative client facing management role (i.e. sales, customer service, account management, consulting, service industry, etc.)

• Excellent interpersonal skills; able to interact in a respectful manner with a diverse population of colleagues, clients and job applicants; leveraging active listening skills and paying attention to cues from reading their audience

• Proven communication skills; able to convey one’s message in a clear, concise and professional manner, considering one’s audience, in all forms of media (i.e. voicemail, phone, email, face-to-face) and handles conflicts and disagreements constructively

• Proficient multi-tasking capabilities; able to prioritize multiple client job requisitions, software and business processes while remaining compliant with policies and delivering against deadlines

• Proven problem solving skills; able to identify important aspects of a problem, gather appropriate information, determine potential causes, and specify alternative solutions

• Strong attention to detail; demonstrating attentiveness to all aspects of a task or process, alert and accurate

• Able to occasionally travel for recruitment meetings, college visits, and career fairs and maintain a flexible work schedule.

• Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment and Microsoft Office software
