Overview

Summary :

As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Recruitment

team by efficiently organizing and coordinating phone & in-person interviews, assisting with the

onboarding process for all

Responsibilities

Essential Functions :

Aggressively source for qualified candidates for designated departments, utilizing a variety of

sources including college job fairs, LinkedIn, and other social media, as well as internal

employee referrals, etc.

• Schedule and assist with conducting telephone screens with potential internal candidates.
• Assist with scheduling of in-person interviews for Corporate Recruiters and Hiring Managers.
• Correspond with new inquiries / leads from candidates in a timely manner.
• Help facilitate the onboarding process for all new hire employees.
• Enter, track, and update internal candidates in iCIMS ATS.
• Ensure new-hire employee documents are completed prior to the start date.
• Complete reference checks and background checks on prospective internal employee

candidates.

• Communicate with candidates throughout the interview process.
• Create and manage internal job postings using a variety of external job board websites.
• Other duties as needed to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Required Skills / Abilities :

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based databases and internet savvy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact with varying levels of people.
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
• Maintain confidential information in compliance with company policies.
• Capacity to manage and complete multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
• Manage and efficiently prioritize tasks from multiple sources.
• Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable of

regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

Education and Experience :

College degree preferred; six to twelve months’ experience in a sales, administrative support

or customer service role required.

• Experience in a coordinator / coordination role required.
• Previous Human Resources / Recruiting experience is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibility :

This role will not directly supervise any employees.

Work Environment :

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office

equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
