Summary :
As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the Internal Recruitment
team by efficiently organizing and coordinating phone & in-person interviews, assisting with the
onboarding process for all

Essential Functions :
Aggressively source for qualified candidates for designated departments, utilizing a variety of
sources including college job fairs, LinkedIn, and other social media, as well as internal
employee referrals, etc.

Required Skills / Abilities :

Education and Experience :
College degree preferred; six to twelve months’ experience in a sales, administrative support
or customer service role required.
Supervisory Responsibility :
This role will not directly supervise any employees.

equipment such as computers, phones, and printers.
