FLEX-PRESSION LTD. Hiring for Production worker (manufacturing) at Montréal, QC Full Time

Flex-Pression Ltd., expert in flexible piping systems since 1973, custom manufactures flexible corrugated hoses, stainless steel braids, metal hose assemblies and expansion joints. Our products meet all the requirements of the gas, pulp and paper, steel industry and more. We are currently looking for a production clerk for the assembly department.

Under the supervision of the team leader, the assembler-tester will be called upon to carry out preparatory work for welding and to carry out hose testing projects. The assembler-tester will perform the following tasks:

• Receive the production order and collect the necessary material
• Measure the dimensions of the products to be assembled and cut the hoses
• Mold the parts and install the required fittings
• Check the tightness of the hoses by plugging their ends and injecting them with air while they are submerged in a basin of water
• Polishing welds and fittings
• Keep workplaces and equipment clean and respect safety rules
