FLEETCOR Hiring for Field Account Manager Full Time

What We Need

FLEETCOR is currently looking to hire a Field Account Manager within our CLC Lodging division. This position falls under our Lodging line of business and is located in Lexington, KY. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients while providing excellent customer service, cross selling our services, providing technical assistance, as well as general relationship management. The Field Account Manager will not have a designated full client account load, rather will work in conjunction with the Account Manager(s) in supporting all clients as needed and working on assignment-based projects. The Field Account Manager is responsible for identifying opportunities to enhance service while generating income and is expected to be proactive in identifying current and future client needs. The Field Account Manager is expected to have a full and complete knowledge base of all clients and systems across all CLC products while utilizing various s to track trends. This may be an assignment-based position ing to the lead of that project for a given period. You will directly to the Supervisor, Account Management and regularly collaborate with various departments.

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:

• Developing an in-depth knowledge base on all CLC products, systems, and processes
• Working effectively and efficiently on assignments which may vary drastically in their day-to-day activities or functions
• Working closely with all teams as needed
• Communicating with client(s) (in-person, phone, electronic) on a frequency that is acceptable to the client(s)
• Building and maintaining lasting relationships, which includes intimate knowledge of accounts, including essential contacts, account preferences, and activity flows for both past and future
• Exhibiting and utilizing knowledge of hotel industry and markets associated with client industry
• Responsible for client communications, conflict resolution, and compliance on client deliverables and revenue
• Driving account retention and growth of contract business through strong performance and relationships
• Monitoring and managing accounts in accordance with all key metrics
• Conducting regular business reviews, such as monthly calls, with clients utilizing ing tools, including but not limited to Stat Pack, declined savings, and other similar s based on client and company needs
• Attending all scheduled trainings, meetings, or other events as assigned by supervisor or other levels of leadership
• Traveling as necessary to meet the client and business needs
• Responsible for all other duties assigned as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience within the hospitality industry or a customer service focused role
• Ability to travel as needed
• Flexibility in work schedule as needed, ability to work additional days/hours as needed

• Demonstrates ability to learn and grow depth of industry knowledge
• Excellent personal interaction, communication, and phone skills along with a high degree of initiative, personal responsibility, ownership, and commitment to providing the highest level of customer service
