TALENT AQUISITION MANAGER

FLB are an independent firm of Chartered Accountants and business advisors that focus on providing expert tax, accounting, and business advisory services to a diverse and ever-growing portfolio of clients. Innovating processes using software is a vital part of our strategy in all facets of our business, including the development of our teams and growing our business. We work with clients that range from big corporates, renewable energy innovators, investors in the world of film and media, to smaller owner managed businesses.
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be working closely with Partners and Senior Managers liaising with agencies and direct candidates and alongside our Talent Acquisition Manager, to ensure we attract and recruit the best talent out there.
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will be overseeing recruitment from end to end including sourcing, scheduling, interviewing to offer stage. Your responsibilities will include:
· Taking detailed job briefs from Partners and Senior Managers in both our Winnersh and Soho offices
· Advertising on LinkedIn and other job boards as well as briefing agencies
· Initially reviewing all candidates and conducting interviews
· Organising final interviews
· Assisting in the offer process
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you will ideally have:
· Accounting knowledge, with at least 3 years’ experience either from working in the field or in recruiting financial specialists
· Excellent communication skills and confident to speak with people at all levels
· Excellent administrative and organisational skills
· Able to prioritise tasks and manage a changing workload
