The People Team
The People team is formed of a CPO, a Head of People Ops, a Talent & Development (T&D) Partner, Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Resourcer and an HRBP. What you’ll do
Reporting to our Talent Acquisition Manager, we are looking for an ambitious Talent Acquisition Coordinator to engage with and support candidates through the end-to-end recruitment journey, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience to active and pipelined candidates. You’ll manage candidates through each stage of the process, liaising with our Talent Partners and hiring managers in scheduling interviews.

• Facilitation (and ongoing enhancement) of the end-to-end recruitment process, from screening, pipelining, and interviewing to offers
• Participating in and helping drive diversity attraction strategies to engage a diverse workforce
• Promoting our employer brand both online and offline
• Ensuring our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) reflects accurate, real-time information
• Helping to manage interview scheduling across the teams, ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
• Championing an amazing candidate experience as candidates move through their application process
• Supporting our team by providing metrics and reporting on recruitment activity, such as conversion rates, time to hire, cost per hire
• Ensuring candidate feedback is provided where appropriate, to ensure we are creating and upholding an environment of continuous improvement

What you’ll need

• At least 2 years’ experience working as a Coordinator or Administrator in a high-volume role
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems – Greenhouse experience a bonus
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• Experience of working in a fast-paced, high growth ambiguous environment, ideally FinTech
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business
• Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidate
• A real team player with the desire to constantly learn and get things done
