Fizz District Hiring for Senior Brand Mixologist at Louisville, KY Full Time

This opportunity enables a strong, innovative and entrepreneurial product development mixologist the ability to work directly with the company’s leadership team and play a crucial role in development of a concept that will bring the world better and fresher drinks than the current Soda, Seltzer and Coffee drinks offered today. Responsibilities:

• Bring drink menu from concept to final recipes-mixing both proprietary ingredients as well as off the shelf ingredients. Formulations will span multiple drink concepts and include various flavored sodas, seltzers, energy drinks, teas, and more. We believe 80%+ of this role will be spent sourcing and mixing up vast variations of drink menu recipes in order to find the perfect flavor profile for each recipe.
• Ideate new flavor profiles and innovative drink idea concepts.
• Work with leadership team and flavor partners to finalize key ingredients.
• Execute taste tests and document feedback to optimize recipes.

Requirements:

• Experience as a mixologist and/or barista with demonstrated creativity and commitment to the craft.
• Passion for delicious and beautiful drinks that energize people.
• A self-starter with strong ability to work independently and execute plan with minimal management.
• Interest in disrupting big soda and processed / highly sugared drinks available in the marketplace today.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $20.00 – $35.00 per hour
