The bookkeeper’s main responsibility is accounts payable, accounts receivable, bi-weekly payroll processing using Paypro software, monthly bank reconciliations, monitoring spending and budgets of specific contracts/grants, preparation of monthly claims, and overall GL maintenance to include the recording of some monthly journal entries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
