Fitzii Hiring for Purchasing Production Coordinator Full Time

Survalent Technology Corporation is seeking a versatile, energetic, and tenacious individual to join our team as a purchasing Production coordinator. This role is responsible to ensure all operations-related tasks and procedures are followed to track sales order entry and work order administration. Responsibilities:

• Process sales orders scheduled to close daily as per backlog
• Work with the project management team on a weekly basis to determine the status of the project/milestones to complete line items about the sales order. Upon learning the project’s status, OC must update the operations system (CAPPS).
• Daily, the scheduled sales order line must be closed after finance has confirmed all labor and expenses are recorded for the prior business day.
• On a monthly, purchase all hardware for SCADA systems, including all licenses for the software, by reviewing the BOM.
• Generate receiving tickets for all ordered hardware and software received weekly and record them on the CAPPS/company business system. Receiving tickets for ordered materials are forwarded to finance for payment purposes.
• Upon physical shipment of hardware (monitors, servers, desktop computers) to the customer, the OC transfers all warranties from Survalent to the end user/customer. Generally, this is completed directly on the Dell site.
• Generate monthly s from the business system, such as closed work order variance s (PPV), inventory s, backlog, bookings, etc., for Chief Operating Officer to review monthly.
• Receive and process all material requisitions for miscellaneous expenses and confirm appropriate cost center to finance.
• Work with finance daily to reconcile invoice discrepancies (AP/AR).
• Maintain process per ISO9000 standards and ensure preparedness for the annual audit.
• Other Duties as assigned.

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor or College diploma in a related discipline
• Strong communication skills
• Some knowledge of accounting basics is an asset
• 2+ years of experience issuing purchase orders
• 2+ years of experience with excel and Microsoft Applications
• Knowledge of basic hardware is an asset
• Ability to communicate technical and non-technical information verbally and in writing
• Proactive & willing to adapt and learn new skills and technologies
• Must be able to set prioritize and be flexible in a fast-paced environment
