Lead Corporate Recruiting efforts across Fisher Dynamics US Operations by planning, developing, and implementing an effective Talent Acquisition and recruiting strategy.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Managers and HR Team with recruitment to meet hiring goals and objectives.
• Responsible for full cycle recruiting.
• Qualify job requirements and appropriate recruiting action.
• Implement sourcing strategy and work with outside resources to fill requisitions in a timely manner
• Facilitate all interview activities, candidate pipeline and Coordinate hiring events including job fairs, college recruiting, referral programs, and targeted hiring initiatives
• Assist with building talent networks of active and passive candidates
• Coordinate onboarding protocol
• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
• Adhere to laws, rules and regulations, including personal data privacy regulations
• Track and communicate productivity and KPIs
• Drive cost saving initiates and process improvements
• Additional duties and special projects as assigned

Education

Bachelors’ degree in Human Resources or related field, and relevant recruiting experience

Experience

3+ years of experience with full cycle recruiting and/or related human resources experience and activities

Skills

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

Ability to work with various levels of manufacturing and executive personnel

MS Office proficiency

Use HRIS, ATS, ADP, job boards

Experience with EEOC laws

Work Environment

Working environment and physical requirements of this position are those typical of an office setting and manufacturing environment.

Local and domestic travel as required
