The corporate recruiter will proactively identify and recruit prospects for a wide range of positions, including professional, leadership, technical, and field positions. The successful candidate will collaborate regularly with hiring teams and managers across all business sectors to understand profiles and skillsets aligning with business objectives to successfully recruit for open positions.
Essential Functions:
Identify recruiting methods to successfully recruit for open positions.
Create compelling and legally compliant job ads.
Post to and manage job boards.
Attend career fairs.
Respond promptly to candidates.
Collect and review resumes.
Conduct candidate screenings.
Perform reference checks.
Write offer letters.
Qualifications and Traits:
5+ years in-house recruiting experience.
A high school diploma or GED is required. Additional college experience is desired.
Must be willing to travel.
Knowledge of city, state, and federal laws for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.
Knowledge of the construction industry, specifically commercial and industrial general contracting, is helpful.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
Experience in implementing and utilizing an ATS.
Experience in Geofencing or Geotargeting is helpful.
Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Possess a great attitude, strong organizational and analytical skills, and thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
Fisher Construction Group provides a highly competitive wage and benefits package. Depending on experience, employment offers will range between $77,969 to $94,021 annually, with a potential annual performance bonus up to $12,000.
