Junior Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Manchester/North West based (with travel to Knutsford, Cheshire office twice a week)

About the role

As a result of continued organisational growth, we are searching for a proactive and enthusiastic Junior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our friendly and supportive global Talent team. As this is a junior level role you will ideally be a Junior Recruiter, Resourcer or someone with previous HR/recruitment experience looking to grow your career in a global Talent Acquisition function. You will be a key member of the UK Talent team providing support on all recruitment related tasks whilst also sourcing and attracting top talent for the business. You will be a team player, keen to learn, organised, proactive and have excellent communication skills. Fishawack Health is a rapidly changing business, meaning there is plenty of scope for variety in this role in terms of wider Talent projects and ample progression opportunities for the right candidate. This role can be primarily home based however there will need to be flexibility around travelling to our Knutsford office twice per week (driving licence is essential).

What you’ll do

• Be the first point of contact for owned business area candidate queries
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing, screening, testing, offers etc.
• Support hiring managers with recruitment related activities
• Ensure job adverts are written creatively, accurately and placed on relevant job boards
• Help actively source candidates for current and pipeline vacancies via LinkedIn, social media, and job boards
• ATS system administration and candidate management
• Manage interview scheduling across the teams, ensuring all attendees are fully briefed
• Work closely with the Talent team to help organise and attend national recruitment events
• Updating trackers with recruitment and new hire data
• Actively get involved and support on multiple Talent related projects outside of day-to-day recruiting (e.g., employer branding, process improvements, D&I initiatives, events, advertising platforms)
• Support the Talent team with any other administration tasks as required

About you

• Ideally educated to university level in a related discipline (HR, Business Management etc.)
• Ideally 6-12 months+ resourcing/recruitment related experience achieved either in-house or in an agency environment
• Desire to get involved with wider Talent projects outside of normal day-to-day recruitment
• Excellent attention to detail and organisation skills
• A real team player with the desire to constantly learn and “get things done”
• The ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities and strong problem-solving skills
• A resilient, driven, and flexible approach
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbally and written with the ability to communicate with various stakeholders across the business
• Good IT skills: the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
