Talent Acquisition, Advisor

What does a successful Talent Acquisition Advisor do at Fiserv?

As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will play a key role in standing up our new state-of-the-art corporate headquarters in downtown Milwaukee making it one of the largest fintech hubs in the Midwest. You will partner closely with hiring leaders to develop a strategy for hiring excellent talent, and you will play a key role in establishing the culture at our new HQ location.

What you will do:

• Manage full life cycle recruiting across multiple functions including direct sourcing, candidate assessment and offer negotiation.
• Build effective partnerships with hiring managers to fully understand our business so you can confidently explain it to others.
• Function as a trusted and strategic talent advisor to hiring managers; driving alignment, stakeholder engagement and driving best practices across the hiring process.
• Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through timely communication and transparency.
• Work on-site at our new downtown Milwaukee HQ once it opens in 2023.

What you will need to have:

• 6-10 years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience and/or military experience. Experience recruiting technology talent is required. Previous agency experience is a plus!
• Business acumen, the motivation to learn a complex business and an understanding of different tech stacks.
• Direct sourcing experience and creative strategies.
• Examples of how you influence hiring managers and/or challenge assumptions.
