Positioning ease of use and compliance as top-priorities, our Inside Sales Professionals provide quick and painless payment solutions to retailers, restaurants and to other businesses in the hospitality, B2B and eCommerce verticals. As Merchant One from Fiserv continues to grow in 2023, expansion of the inside sales and customer service teams will be key to continued success.

What you will do:

• Work new, incoming warm leads daily – zero cold calling
• Keep a structured schedule, managing new clients and existing pipeline via multiple channels including e-mail / text / outbound calls
• Solution-sell to businesses, understanding their needs and positioning Merchant One from Fiserv products including POS Hardware, Mobile Payment Solutions, Retail/Swipe Platforms and Card Not Present applications
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets with your consistent approach

What you will need to have:

• Effective, polished communication skills on the phone and in email
• A structured approach and mindset focused on setting goals and exceeding expectations
• Inside sales / lead generation or customer service experience – preferably in a high contact, short sales cycle environment
• The ability to work onsite at our Miami Beach office on a daily basis – this is not a remote role

This role is not eligible to be performed in Colorado, California, New York or Washington.
