About the team

The Global Accounts Payable team is a fun, challenging and fast-paced team. It is a large team made up of talented individuals located in the US, EMEA and APAC regions. The team prides itself in working cohesively towards a common goal and creating a positive working atmosphere while supporting each other to enhance team performance.

What you will be doing

• Subject Matter Expert across all Account Payable functions
• Perform routine and some non-routine clerical/accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures
• Communicate with internal and external customers via phone, email and instant message
• Monitor daily stats and provide reporting weekly
• Complete and process daily wire transfers
• Review and research vendor statements
• Review Accounts Payable processes and procedures and recommend process improvements
• Assist in various accounting duties or special projects as needed

What you bring

• Highschool degree
• Three or more years’ experience working in Accounts Payable

• Proficient in the use of basic office equipment and applications specific to the accounting function

• Self-motivated and well organized

• Attention to detail

• Clear, tactful and constructive verbal and written communication skills

• Data entry skills

• Must be able to work with minimum supervision in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
