About the Team:

The team own and control the Analytics processes and projects for the Billing Analytics and Delivery Function. Using data lead insight, the team continuously strive for improvement through innovation and other corporate driven growth initiatives.

What you will be doing:

As a member of the Billings team you be responsible for day to day monitoring of billing platforms.

You will take ownership of designing data led controls and monitoring tools using data analytics in SQL, Tableau to improve the performance of end to end billing.

Working closely with the Billing delivery and technical team you will complete route cause analysis, investigations and gather requirements to help resolve technical, business and operational issues. You will support the overall Strategic Business plan for the Analytics team to achieve planned goals and objectives.

• Drive various analytics projects that are fed in via the Billing Implementation team.
• Support the Analytics function in designing processes to support monitoring pre, during and post billing run to ensure coverage of end to end billing cycle.
• Work on analytics activities to support the reporting requirements for the International Billing footprint considering the complexities of any local data regulations.
• Manage and build relationships with other functions and stakeholders (e.g. Accounting, Systems, Product, Finance and the Business) to drive forward analytics projects proactively.
• Create and design new value adding analytical processes that drive billing efficiencies and capture of issues.

• Data Analytical experience
• Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate and influence across organisation
• Advanced Excel
• SQL Skills (Beginner to Intermediate)
• Highly driven and focussed on delivering quality output under tight timescales
• Proven experience of delivery through cross-functional teams

• Experience in a Payment Services or FinTech environment
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
