This position is primarily responsible to support and manage new and existing customer accounts, and function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful CSR will consistently produce high quality output with a high level of efficiency. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during normal business hours.
