FIRSTSPEAR LLC Hiring for Customer Service Rep at Fenton, MO Full Time

This position is primarily responsible to support and manage new and existing customer accounts, and function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction. The successful CSR will consistently produce high quality output with a high level of efficiency. This is a full-time position working Monday through Friday during normal business hours.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support and manage new and existing customer accounts
• Function as the customer advocate to deliver on commitments and ensure customer satisfaction
• Support business development as an internal resource
• Develop quotes for individuals, dealers, distributors, government agencies and OEM accounts
• Receive and verify new orders received via email, phone, fax, U.S. postal and website. Enter verified orders into the accounting system and provide the customer an order confirmation.
• Answer incoming calls and route calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Support walk-in customers as needed
• Acquire and maintain proficient product knowledge
• Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and work flow
• Fill out forms to capture information as necessary and as instructed
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area, and comply with all safety standards

Secondary Responsibilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 – $17.00 per hour
