• Position: Customer Service Associate
• Salary: £11.28 per hour
• Location: Burgess Hill
• Hours: Monday to Thursday 8.45 – 17.15, Friday 8.45 – 16.00 (45-minute lunchbreak)

The roles include:

• Managing the order fulfilment process including EDI transactions.
• Administration of all customer orders, order changes and order expedite.
• Proactive management of customer order books.
• Liaising with customers via email.
• Ensuring all CRM data is accurate and up to date.
