Your New Role:

To provide comprehensive HR Administration and support to the Company across all aspects of HR. We are looking for a self-confident, quick learner, with plenty of enthusiasm and a desire to make their mark.

Job Responsibility

• – Creating contracts and related documentation for approval.
• – Supporting the recruitment process through
• – Agency Management, time sheet and related queries
• – Supporting HR and management on a wide variety of people related topics and projects including support for engagement activity.
• – Letter writing and note taking
• – HR reporting – holidays, absence, employee survey results, employee numbers etc.
• – Preparing data and HR reports for the board and management meetings
• – Being the first point of contact to support managers and colleagues
• – Issuing policies and procedures

Job Requirements

• – Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to keep calm in a pressurized environment.
• – Strong written and oral communication skills at all levels.
• – Valid Driving License, own transport
• – Good attention to detail
• – Have previous experience working in a HR role
• – Have previous experience dealing with ER cases
• – Possess the ability to exercise absolute discretion and maintain strict confidentiality

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
