About us

First Property Service(FPS) is a licensed and endorsed CA DRE NMLS Mortgage Brokerage and Real Estate Company. FPS funds numerous mortgage loans per month and numerous RE deals per month. CA DRE 2142063; NMLS 2140873.

First Property Service does not onboard “GREEN/NEW” loan officers. FPS has several HAPPY Loan Officers & Realtors Brokering through the FPS Platform today.

You must have the following credentials to qualify for FPS:

EXP. LOAN OFFICERS ONLY: You must be a CA DRE licensee (salesperson or broker) and you must have your NMLS endorsed by the CA DRE. You must have experience closing loans.

EXP. REALTORS ONLY: You must be a CA DRE licensee (salesperson or broker) and you must become a REALTOR member as FPS is a REALTOR member. You must have experience in real estate.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $5,000.00 – $30,000.00 per month

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Fair Housing regulations: 1 year (Preferred)
• Loan origination: 8 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CA DRE License/ NMLS License (Preferred)
