This position offers an exciting opportunity to recruit for one of the nation’s highest regarded airport hospitality groups with growing operations in Denver and Nashville. Key functions of this role include full lifecycle recruiting, developing creative recruiting/sourcing strategies best suited to business needs and market conditions, training hiring managers, and implementing initiatives that support the continued growth, innovation, and goals for attracting and retaining all levels of staff to support our expanding food & beverage and retail operations.
Essential Responsibilities
· Source and recruit a diverse pool of applicants using digital networks, print and electronic advertising, career fairs, networking, cold calling, college and university programs, community agencies, workforce centers, refugee programs, professional associations, and employee referral programs to build talent pipelines.
· Accountable for full lifecycle recruiting for each individual job posting as assigned. Including consulting with location hiring leaders/managers on the specific requirements of the position, the duration and verbiage of the job posting, recruiting tactics, and coordinating with others as necessary to conduct assessment tests, provide an appropriate offer, and administer the recruitment/selection process.
· Develop and implement targeted recruitment plans for openings which have unique requirements or are underutilized, and/or consist of multiple openings for the same position, clearly defining the tactics for sourcing, service and performance criteria, and timeline.
· Accountable for delivering candidates and commitments per established timelines.
· Effectively partner with multi-location colleagues and maintain open, honest communication and partnerships with internal customers to thoroughly understand staffing needs while providing service to hiring leaders/managers and candidates throughout the hiring process.
· Track and analyze results of recruiting activities and develop s to include, but not limited to, measuring productivity, cost, and operational effectiveness.
· Acts as a consultant and strategic advisor to location hiring leads/managers to ensure the candidate process and interview experience inspires the best talent.
· Other duties as needed or assigned.
Qualifications
· 10-year TSA criminal background check
· Minimum 5 years’ experience in high volume recruiting required.
· Minimum three years’ experience developing and implementing recruitment/sourcing plans.
· Background in food & beverage/retail preferred.
· Experience with UKG Ulti-pro preferred.
· Highly proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated/proven interpersonal and relationship building skills.
· Self-directed, results-oriented, and highly organized with ability to quickly adapt and manage multiple priorities.
· Professional style that embodies collaboration, respect, teamwork, and commonsensical thinking.
· Flexibility to attend evening and weekend networking events, including job fairs, college and university program events, any variety of community outreach opportunities, etc.
· Valid Colorado driver’s license and clean driving record.

Physical Demands
