JOB DESCRIPTION

FIRST is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to assist the talent team in attracting talent and spearhead recruitment efforts for full-time, freelance, and part-time opportunities across the business. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will report directly to the Senior Talent Acquisition Partner.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Providing administrative and logistical support for interview arranging, liaising with candidates, hiring managers and third parties where required
• Working in support of the talent team in providing the best candidate experience to successful and unsuccessful applicants
• Provide direct sourcing and talent pooling support for the talent team; specifically sourcing diverse talent on social media tools such as LinkedIn and managing active candidates pools, both permanent and freelance
• Extend offers to candidates successful in the interview process and monitor their on-boarding process including background checks
• Utilise applicant tracking system (Bamboo) for job postings, reviewing applicants and creating offer letters
• Screen applications for qualified candidates
• Manage the candidate referral process
• Manage relationships with external agencies
• Always look for new ways to attract a diverse pool of talent
• Increase brand awareness on social media
• Assist the Talent Manager with benchmarking positions throughout EMEA
• Track all candidates activity/history with FIRST in the pipeline and communicate the status of their candidacy in a timely manner
• Update weekly pipeline reports as well as maintaining long-term statistics on recruitment
• Maintain important documents in regard to tracking open/closed roles and number of interviews per week

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination in a fast-paced environment
• You’ll be comfortable managing a high volume of requests from recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
• You’ll be able to prioritise across multiple tasks with a focus on time and expectation management and to take a self-starting approach to your day
• Strong communication skills as you’ll be working closely with our candidates to give them a great experience and to create a seamless recruitment process for our hiring managers/interviewers
• Applicant tracking system experience preferred

• Assume responsibility for own environment, ensuring adherence to health and safety policies while having clean smart surroundings
• Work intelligently and ensure that Hiring Managers and the People & Culture team are aware of problems or issues which negatively affect productivity
• Build excellent relations with team through positive communications
• Ensure knowledge is shared within the team to enable them to work smarter and more efficiently
• Work on ad hoc requests as required
