First Five Early Learning Reservoir is seeking an experienced Lead Educator for our Toddler room (children aged 1-2 years). As a Lead Educator, young children’s wellbeing, learning and development is your strength. You demonstrate high-level skills in creating a nurturing, respectful and calm environment for toddlers, with a focus on trusting relationships and key moments for connection and learning.

You understand how young children learn through play. Your curriculum is responsive to toddlers’ thinking, play schemas and development. You join with families and community to nurture children in their formative years. You position yourself as a learner, demonstrating responsibility for continuous practice improvement and reflective practice in infant and toddler pedagogy.
