First Contact HR is seeking a Virtual Customer Support representative to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. As a Virtual Customer Support representative, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via phone, email or chat to address inquiries or issues they may have. You will be expected to gather client information, provide solutions to problems, and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to address client inquiries and issues
• Quickly and accurately input client information into our CRM database
• Research solutions to clients’ issues and provide appropriate responses via phone, email or chat
• Work closely with other departments to escalate issues as necessary
• Consistently meet established performance metrics and service level agreements
• Troubleshoot technical issues with our product and service offerings
• Continuously learn about our product portfolio to effectively support clients

Requirements

• Minimum of 1-2 years of previous virtual customer support experience preferred
• Must be able to thrive in a virtual, work-from-home environment and work independently with minimal supervision
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
• Must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software platforms simultaneously
• Experience with CRM databases and ticketing systems preferred
• Comfortable working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
