First Class Child Development Center is looking for energetic, and positive people who want to work in an early learning environment. We love kids, our teachers and families and we like to have fun learning and growing.

We have a few teaching position openings at south Austin location in Texas. Our philosophy is for our students to learn through play while their teachers guide and provide opportunities to explore their environment.

Full and part time positions available . Minimum qualifications are 18 years old and have a HS diploma or GED. We allow flexible schedules and are a great place to work if you are a college student.

The following are preferred qualifications; however, we are happy to provide training if needed:

* knowledge of developmentally-appropriate practices

* knowledge of Texas Department of Family and Protective Services Minimum Standards

* an energetic child-friendly personality

* a positive disposition

* a desire to be a team player

* encourage creativity and exploration

* have strong written and verbal communication skills

* prior classroom experience in an early childhood education setting a plus
