We’re looking for two proactive Talent Acquisition Advisors to join our brilliant in-house Recruitment team in Haywards Heath, West Sussex or Salford, Manchester. We have a permanent position and a 12-month fixed-term contract available. Our flexible working policy allows for working at home three days per week and two days in our fun, vibrant offices! You’ll be an expert in recruitment and have an agile approach to supporting the delivery of excellent guidance to line managers on recruitment and resource policies to ensure we recruit the best possible talent in a timely manner. To be successful in this role, you’ll need to: Be an experienced in house recruiter Be driven and Agile Be fun and ambitious Job responsibilities Working with line managers to ensure that recruitment against budget is on target and allows sufficient planning and implementation time Discuss with line managers prior to the selection process commencing, ensuring a fair and consistent process is followed and accurate selection records are kept Work closely with direct recruitment partners including paper based advertisers, job sites, search engine providers and LinkedIn to ensure that the most cost effective services are being provided Work closely with recruitment agencies to ensure maximum cost control and cost benefit and assist with review of annual PSL Arrange interviews on behalf of line managers and ensure candidates are provided with all necessary information prior to interview or assessment Work with Marketing to identify the most effective mediums for advertising and sourcing candidates including attendance at careers fairs and events Ensure candidates that are successful are managed into the business by maintaining a positive level of communication Ensure applicants details are accurately recorded, and manage the offer process including the processing of the employment contracts Ensure rejected applicants are responded to in a timely manner and that feedback is offered and provided as required Where appropriate, coach line managers and employees in Recruitment Policy and Practices and provide expert advice in the application of Recruitment Policy and people management practices, ensuring procedures are followed and risks to the business are minimised Ensure managers are up to date with upgrades relating to SelectHR and use the system to raise and manage vacancies Skills, knowledge & experience Internal recruitment experience of recruitment and selection Extensive internal recruitment experience of recruitment and selection within the insurance industry is preferred Demonstrates an understanding of the financial services sector, preferably with a knowledge of insurance business and appropriate regulatory environments Commercially and customer focused A confidential and professional approach is essential and can demonstrate integrity and respect Embrace, embed and incorporate the Company values Self motivated and enthusiastic What can we do for you?
