Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Customer Service Assistant. The Customer Service Assistant will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving product and service complaints, interacting with customers to ensure their satisfaction, providing information about products and services, and communicating with team members to address customer needs.
