As a Talent Acquisition Partner @ Fireblocks, you will manage end to end recruitment processes, locally & globally, including the creation of strong talent pipelines for our company’s current & future hiring needs, work closely with the hiring managers, become their trusted partner, provide advice and guidance in all aspects of Talent Acquisition, and help us build excellent teams.

The ideal candidate should be able to build a robust pipeline of great candidates using a variety of creative channels & provide an excellent candidate’s experience.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years as a Talent Acquisition Partner or similar role in a high-tech company or recruitment agency
• Experience in conducting in-depth face to face interviews
• Proven experience in social media, headhunting, Boolean search etc.
• Experience in global recruitment (EMEA wide an added bonus!) – Superiority
• Excellent communication skills
• Proactive, independent but also a team player
• Proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Behavioral Science or equivalent degree
