We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will work with all our our departments finding qualified candidates to join our team and have an immediate impact on our team and operations! What you will do Collaborate and establish relationships with leadership to understand recruitment needs and challenges Manage all aspects of the recruitment process, including market research, sourcing, screening, scheduling and identifying qualified candidates for full-time and part-time employees in both of our Georgia office locations Work closely with the Project Manager, building a recruitment plan that aligns to the business needs and objectives Identify and coordinate community outreach recruitment opportunities Manage the Applicant Tracking System and supporting HRIS technology administration Monitor and develop strategies to improve metrics Review and revise job descriptions, as well as assist Hiring Managers in developing job descriptions for newly added roles Manage other responsibilities as required What you will need Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience preferred 2-4 years minimum experience in staffing / human resources / talent acquisition Experience recruiting for skilled trades or for the service industry Alignment with our Core Values – Integrity, Collaboration, Accountability, Always Improving, Pleasant and Service Excellence A resourceful, self-starter mentality Strong attention to detail & multitasking abilities Outstanding verbal & written communication skills A desire to constantly learn, improve and expand skill set Flexibility, discretion, and sound judgment Must be able to pass a background check What you will get Competitive base salary plus bonus opportunities Company health insurance and 401K Comprehensive PTO The opportunity to enjoy a hybrid work from home schedule after 90 days Fire Protection Services, LLC was founded in 1988 as one of the first companies to offer a full range of services, saving clients money by combining fire sprinkler and fire protection system inspections.
