JOB DESCRIPTION
CLIENT SERVICE COORDINATOR
The Client Service Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with the coordination, support, and scheduling a team of Service Technicians for the service of fire, security, and monitoring systems. The position also entails an outreach program to provide
Clients with proactive information regarding their current and potential accounts and services, as well as other general office duties as required.

The Client Service Coordinator will report directly to the Manager, Customer
Experience.
Working Conditions
This is a full-time position working Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The position can be fulfilled out of our St. Catharines or Kitchener offices.
