Salary Package: Package up to $168,803 pa. Package includes salary range ($131,094 pa to $151,609 pa), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.

FRNSW is one of the world’s largest urban fire and rescue services and is the busiest in Australia. About the Role

Lead and drive the talent acquisition function to deliver strategic end-to-end recruitment and onboarding that will be efficient, contemporary, and business outcome focused while maintaining the highest level of customer engagement.

Shape, develop, and manage a team of professionals in identifying, attracting, and onboarding talent to meet changing Organisational needs efficiently and effectively. In addition, this role is also accountable for the provision of expert advice and oversight of Firefighter (Permanent and Retained) recruitment campaigns and other targeted employment programs, partnering with internal stakeholders across FRNSW to ensure successful delivery of customer focused recruitment services.
