FinXL Hiring for Software Engineer – Permanent – Fully remote Job at Melbourne Full Time

The Client:

Our client are a Tech Company with international experience in building technology for banks. They are market leaders in the digital banking space, and due to significant and consistent company growth are looking to find new Senior Software Engineers to join the team.

They recently relocated to Melbourne CBD, and you can count on beautiful views and regular Friday knock off drinks. This role does offer the opportunity to work Fully Remotely – but you must be a Permanent Resident of Melbourne, Australia.

The Role:

Permanent opportunity with a rapidly growing Fin-tech company

Fully remote work – welcome in the office if you prefer to be around your colleagues

You are only required 1 Friday every 8 weeks in order to attend the “Company Bonanza” – a fully catered lunch (leading into Friday drinks) in celebration of recent team achievements.

Requirements:

Open to any Tech stack experience – Just need someone with applied skills in software development!

Open to working with Ruby on Rails or React/React Native – no relevant experience required

Specific technologies/frameworks not essential! Will consider adjacent experience.

Great communication skills

Motivation to contribute to culture of continuous delivery

Salary and Benefits

$125k – $180k package – Lets Chat!
