We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative who believes in great customer support and is passionate, driven and eager to learn new things.
The incumbent will report to the manager of the lending team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide impeccable support and service to customers by phone, e-mail and live chat;
• Identify customer product needs and ensure follow ups;
• Provide answers to questions about the application process and customer status;
• Resolve simple and complex problems/complaints.
• Work closely with team members to help develop new processes and strategies to always be bettering our customer’s experience.

Requirements:

• Self-starter that takes initiative professionally to grow and develop on your own.
• Active/attentive listener with strong verbal and written abilities.

• Able to adapt to change, new innovations and technology upgrades.

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken)

Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour
