We are currently searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to support our growth across Sales, Client Services and Technology. The position would be based in London.

Your job:

We’re seeking to hire a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our brilliant and ever-growing team. We want you to help us continue our growth by ensuring that we are bringing the best people into Finquest to join our team.

You’ll be responsible for sourcing talent and will work with the leaders of the business to understand future requirements to build pipelines for our current and future talent requirements. Your focus will be on client services roles, but you will also recruit for more commercial and technology-specific roles too. In addition, you will support with some of our People activity, making your role as diverse and as big as you want to make it.

You will be responsible for:

• Understanding current and future talent needs of the business
• Liaising with our founders and hiring managers on hiring plans, creating hiring campaign kick offs, writing job specs and developing recruitment channels
• Executing the recruitment strategy. We have an ambitious, approved hiring plan for the next 12 months that will see our client facing team more than double in size, with incremental roles also needed across sales and technology. The hiring plan involves recruitment from graduate to Director level, primarily in the London market. Successfully delivering against this hiring plan will enable Finquest to achieve its overall company expansion goals
• Coordinating the recruiting process for various positions ensuring excellence in candidate experience and appropriately paced interview schedules. Manage interview scheduling and effectively advising hiring managers/interviewers by providing insightful candidate information, interview notes and context
• Monitoring and reporting on key talent acquisition metrics, including time to hire and cost to hire, unearthing a clear understanding of the best sources of great candidates for Finquest
• “Full cycle” recruiting, including: sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and face-to-face interviews
• Finquest Employer Brand: Effectively communicating and emphasising the benefits of a career with Finquest, ensuring that all candidates have a realistic understanding of, and are excited to interview with Finquest. Maintaining post-placement contact to ensure that the new hire has been successful, unearthing useful insight to constantly improve the hiring process.

Your background:

• High EQ, strong understanding of the requirements of fast-moving markets and companies
• Strong experience at recruiting in fast pace environments across junior and senior-level professionals
• Ambitious and driven to succeed and prove themselves in an internal talent acquisition role
• Established experience sourcing candidates for a wide variety of roles within client services, M&A, tech start-up and / or high growth tech businesses
• Proven ability to build effective working relationships with all hiring managers Detail oriented and ability to multitask
• Excellent direct sourcing skills
• Experience of working to and achieving targets
• Self-motivated
• Strong written and oral communication skills; including fundamental presentation skills and the demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly and appropriately influence others
• Ability to work and thrive in a multi-tasked, fast paced environment
• Resilient in overcoming objections and a tenacious and determined attitude when faced with barriers or obstacles
