Position Overview:
Support the Finance team in the provision and control of financial information.
Job Description:

Fulfilling the accounting requirements for balance sheet, ensuring that the financial accounts are accurate. Prepare monthly reporting information and analysis and provide ad-hoc reports as requested. Inputting of journals, review/analysis and correction of monthly operating/profitability reports. Month end accounting journals/tasks. (30%)

Supporting Accounts Payable Ledger e.g. processing vendors invoices/credit notes. Reconcile vendor statements against Accounts Payable (AP) ledger (20%)

Supporting Accounts Receivable / Credit Control Ledger Accounts Teams e.g. allocating customer payments and providing supporting documentation (20%)

Support the tax team in delivery of Revenue filings, ensuring data and documentation is obtained and relevant checks performed to confirm accuracy of declarations made within the team to support tax compliance (20%)

Provide ad-hoc support as necessary and provide cover for other team members within the Finance team as required (10%)
