About us:

We are an established Retail Food Group, operating 7 retail food outlets across NSW and QLD. You may have seen our restaurants Daily Greens, Two Yolks and Finn Poke restaurant outlets located in Sydney, Byron Bay and parts of the Gold Coast. This role will be stationed on the Gold Coast in our office located in Burleigh Heads.

About the role:

We are seeking an organised Administrator/ HR/ Personal Assistant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative assistance and providing support to the director and store managers. You will act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from employees, therefore a background in Human Resources is needed.

To begin, the role offers part time position starting 2 days a week- Tuesday & Thursdays. Potential for increase of days upon review for the right candidate and open to long term growth opportunities within the company. Looking to start orientating mid-December 2022.

Responsibilities:

This is multi-faceted role requires someone who can handle multitasking and prioritising. Our ideal candidate has experience with HR procedures and can juggle various Administrative and PA tasks in a timely manner. The role is diverse and is suited to someone with the initiative and drive to streamline processes.

• Organize and maintain employee personnel records
• Managing HR Documents and updating internal databases and rostering programs.
• Prepare HR documents, e.g. employment contracts, new hireguides, store procedures.
• Recruitment & Onboarding
• Liaise with external partners
• Answer employees inquiries including HR-related issues
• Assist accounts & payroll department by providing relevant employee information or other.
• Corresponding with store managers, suppliers and accounts.
• Dealing with email enquiries
• Data entry
• Providing support to Director and Senior Management
• Maintain database and store related documents ensuring all information
• is kept up-to date.

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an HR Administrative Assistantor relevant role
• Knowledge of labour laws is advantageous
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with an ability to prioritize important duties
• Excellent team player with a great work ethic and confident interpersonal skills
• An intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Applications, Word, Excel
• A positive attitude with the ability to work pro-actively and be flexible
• A friendly, courteous and approachable demeanour

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Salary: $30.95 – $31.53 per hour
