Due to growing business, we are looking for a Sales Operation who can assist with daily low-tech Integration, Sales, Publisher, SEO queries and investigations. You will be required to be in support of Sales as the first point of contact for Partners and Publishers to help with technical integrations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner support on integrations and tech queries
• Provide support to partners via Slack, Skype and Telegram
• Publisher support on integrations and tech queries
• SEO / Webmaster support on tech queries and errors
• Sales support on tech queries and errors
• Investigation and resolution of level 1 tech queries and Errors
• Responsible for writing tickets
• Escalation of tech errors to Developers and Manager

Requirements:

• At least 3 – 5 years in Sales Ops or Sales Tech support
• Always available mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to be analytical and do number based investigations
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Understanding of tracking, knowledge of postbacks a bonus
• Experience in an Affiliate or Ad network is considered a bonus
