Findex Hiring for Internal Talent Adviser Job at Australia Full Time

The Role:

Reporting to the Internal Talent Mobility (ITM) Business Partner, the ITM Advisor is responsible for supporting the implementation and operationalisation of the internal talent mobility strategy. ITM is a key strategic initiative that threads through the Findex people strategy and this role will be required to contribute to the thinking, design and conceptualisation of activities across the employee life-cycle which help develop, engage and retain our people.

As an Internal Talent Mobility Advisor, you will have responsibility for:

• Assisting to build out the ITM process workflow, in consultation with the Talent Acquisition (TA) and Digital teams
• Aligning the ITM process to our internal systems to ensure a streamlined and cohesive experience for our Hiring Managers, internal candidates and Talent Acquisition (TA) team
• Delivering the ITM “Make Your Move’ communications campaign working closely with Marketing, Internal Communications, and the business
• Working closely with our Talent Acquisition (TA) team and People Partnering team to identify internal candidates for open vacancies and supporting boarder initiatives such as Talent Management & Succession Planning
• Delivering insightful analytics and reporting that tell the ITM story with the assistance of the ITM Business Partner
• Project Coordination and meeting minutes for all ITM SteerCo monthly meetings
• Project Coordination for the technology implementation of Reejig (workforce intelligence platform)
• Ability to present in a cohesive manner ITM updates to the broader People & Culture team and business
• Support the ITM BP to continuously shape and evolve the ITM agenda; deliver against the ITM Project Plan and strategic objectives and be an active participant in the ITM program of work.

• Has a HR generalist or operations background. Desirable skills include project management and/or TA experience background
