About the role:
Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Finder’s success – we’ve hired some awesome crew from all over the world and it takes a driven, curious, and creative Talent Partner to make sure we’re always discovering talent that will help our Rocketship grow! You will help identify, attract, and assess active and passive candidates and guide them on their journey to becoming Finder crew.
This role is part-time (20 to 30 hours per week) and it is offered as hybrid or fully remote. We are open to adapting this role to suit your needs, but the successful candidate will be based within commuting distance to London.
