About the role:

Recruiting is a core strategic driver of Finder’s success – we’ve hired some awesome crew from all over the world and it takes a driven, curious, and creative Talent Partner to make sure we’re always discovering talent that will help our Rocketship grow! You will help identify, attract, and assess active and passive candidates and guide them on their journey to becoming Finder crew.

This role is part-time (20 to 30 hours per week) and it is offered as hybrid or fully remote. We are open to adapting this role to suit your needs, but the successful candidate will be based within commuting distance to London.

Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers to gain a deeper understanding of the role and what the perfect candidate looks like.
• Find the best candidates by researching and identifying high-quality candidates using tools such as Linkedin Recruiter.
• Reach out to potential candidates over LinkedIn and other channels and gain their attention and interest in the role.
• Screen all applications and phone/zoom interview promising candidates, assessing them on skills and culture fit.
• Effectively share the Finder story, vision, culture and opportunity with candidates.
• Improve our hiring process with a focus on a data-driven approach.
• Maintain and refresh job posts in Greenhouse (ATS) and manage job board budgets.

• An outreach expert, with demonstrable experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment role.
• Successful track record of hiring top talent.
• Good eye for detail and delivers quality results on time.
• Excellent organisational skills allow you to juggle multiple priorities.
• Creative souring approach, not just job adverts and LinkedIn.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are able to effectively support a wide range of stakeholders.
