HIRING: Full-time Customer Service Representative – in Superior ,WI

Training Class Starts July!!

· Pay: $15 – 18 per hour, depending on qualifications. $16 – 19 for Fluent English and Spanish speakers (Bilingual)

As a Collections Representative, you’ll manage your own accounts and assist customer’s as you guide them through our payment process. Reap the rewards of your own hard work with an uncapped commission structure!

Financial Recovery Services (FRS) is a leading provider of debt collection services for Fortune 500 Consumer Creditors, Finance Companies & Debt Buyers. We offer a competitive base pay plus commissions and bonuses, with two weeks paid training.

This is NOT a work from home job.

Work at your own desk and create your own schedule Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm. No night or weekends required.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience for a qualified Collections Rep:

· Prefer previous call center experience and/or retail, customer service

– Solid pronunciation/Clear phone voice

· Strong computer skills – proficient in Windows

· Excellent verbal communication skills- must have professional phone voice, clear pronunciation.

· Good attendance and work ethic

· Ability to type with accuracy and successfully document all accounts.

· Must be customer service focused and be motivated to succeed.

· Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check.
