Position: Office Coordinator (Full-Time, Remote)

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per year

Responsibilities:

As an Office Coordinator at Filament Realty Management, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our property management processes. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be key to your success in this role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks, including document organization, data entry, and maintaining accurate records.
• Tenant Communication: Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, addressing concerns, scheduling maintenance requests, and maintaining positive tenant relations.
• Lease Management: Assist in lease agreement preparation, renewal processes, and tenant onboarding.
• Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors and contractors to schedule property maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely completion.
• Financial Tracking: Monitor rent payments, expenses, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Rental Marketing: Assist in developing and implementing rental marketing strategies, including creating property listings, coordinating photoshoots, and promoting vacancies across various platforms.

Qualifications:
