ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be involved in building and establishing a brand new, high performing talent acquisition function. In this newly created role, your key purpose will be to take ownership of a portfolio of roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery, drawing upon your extensive strategic sourcing skills to find talent in a niche market. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on a number of strategic projects and employer branding initiatives and improving our process and selection methodology.

WHAT YOU WILL BE INVOLVED IN

• Manage senior stakeholders as a trusted partner and valued advisor, building a deep understanding of fiftyfive5’s business, role requirements and desired candidate profiles
• Create, develop and manage sourcing strategies to build strong talent pipelines to fill current and future roles
• Provide an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience that is efficient, thoughtful, and inclusive at all touchpoints
• Gain exposure to international markets as we build our TA approach to include the UK, as well as recruiting for our Auckland and Singapore offices on occasion
• Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on social media strategies and projects that keep us at the forefront of the latest Talent Acquisition strategies.

ABOUT YOU

As the first person a potential employee engages with, you need to have brilliant customer service skills. Recruiting Market Research professional requires a lot of networking, so you must love talking to people, finding out about their background and their career aspirations. The database is key to keeping across our network and talent pooling effectively, so you must have some discipline. Building successful relationships with internal stakeholders will be a strength of yours, and you will be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This is not a transactional recruiting role, we want someone who is proactive and a little bit competitive about securing the best talent!
