ROLE OVERVIEW
As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to be involved in building and establishing a brand new, high performing talent acquisition function. In this newly created role, your key purpose will be to take ownership of a portfolio of roles and manage the end-to-end recruitment delivery, drawing upon your extensive strategic sourcing skills to find talent in a niche market. You will also work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager on a number of strategic projects and employer branding initiatives and improving our process and selection methodology.

As the first person a potential employee engages with, you need to have brilliant customer service skills. Recruiting Market Research professional requires a lot of networking, so you must love talking to people, finding out about their background and their career aspirations. The database is key to keeping across our network and talent pooling effectively, so you must have some discipline. Building successful relationships with internal stakeholders will be a strength of yours, and you will be passionate about delivering a first-class candidate and hiring manager experience. This is not a transactional recruiting role, we want someone who is proactive and a little bit competitive about securing the best talent!
