Talent Acquisition Scheduler

As a Scheduler, you would be scheduling face-to-face and video interviews for candidates at varying levels and multiple locations to interview for a role at Fidelity Investments.

The Team

The Talent Acquisition Scheduler provides administrative support to our Talent Acquisition Consultants, primarily during the interview phase of the recruitment cycle. This includes logistical support for candidate interviews and other administrative support to the Talent Acquisition organization and hiring managers. Schedulers interact closely with candidates, Talent Acquisition Consultants, hiring managers and their administrative assistants and are expected to ensure the interviews are scheduled seamlessly.

• Prior experience working in an administrative capacity required

• You possess outstanding communication, organization, and customer service skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and adjust to a fast paced, virtual environment and constantly changing schedules
• You demonstrate superb communication skills
• You have incredible attention to detail
• Proven partnerships that foster productive and effective relationships
• You are proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word

The Value You Deliver

• Performing administrative and logistical functions to support the interview phase of the recruitment life cycle
• Scheduling candidate interviews with hiring managers and the interviewing teams through Workday Recruiting
• Confirming and securing candidate interview space as needed, managing schedule changes in a timely and efficient manner with appropriate notification to all parties
• Providing outstanding service and crafting a positive interaction with candidates, hiring managers and interview teams throughout the interview scheduling process
• Maintaining data accuracy within Workday Recruiting when scheduling interviews
