The Role

As a TA Operations Associate, you will partner with Talent Acquisition Consultants, Account Managers, and the business to support the pre-offer, offer, and onboarding phases of the recruitment life cycle. Fidelity Talent Acquisition’s goal is to ensure every candidate at Fidelity has an outstanding experience, and the TA Ops team plays a meaningful role in delivering that experience!

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in customer service focused role preferred
• Ability to deal with customer needs while following company procedures
• Experience in a fast paced, high energy environment
• Proven ability to handle difficult situations with high standards of integrity and confidentiality
• A high aptitude to learn new things quickly and adapt to new situations
• Willing to take initiative and work independently
• Self-motivated individual with a high attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Aptitude towards collaboration and partnership
• Highly organized and efficient; skilled at multi-tasking
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work optimally with a diverse workforce.
• Proven experience using MS Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and SharePoint
• Proficiency in web-based recruiting systems preferred
• WorkDay experience is preferred
• Exposure to various compensation package structures including cash, variable pay, other incentives is preferred
