Fidelity TalentSource is your destination for discovering your next temporary role at Fidelity Investments. We are currently sourcing for a Software Engineer to work in our Advanced Process Solutions group in Salt Lake City, Utah!

This role will play a key part in designing, developing, and maintaining software using Java, TC Server, Oracle, PL/SQL, Javascript, Typescript, GO, Jenkins, Maven, GIT, Docker, AWS and modern development strategies.

The Team

As part of the Advanced Process Solutions division within Fidelity Investments, you will join a Scrum team of 6-8 highly hardworking individuals tasked with building and supporting the internal workflow product. This includes collaborating with the team to implement solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / similar technical field or equivalent experience
• Java Development experience
• 2+ years Software Development Experience
• Test Driven Development and CI/CD experience preferred
• Experience with AWS preferred
• Experience designing and building RESTful APIs is a plus

• Experience with Git, Node, Jenkins, Docker, AWS, Python, Shell Scripts
• Excellent interpersonal skills required
• Strong problem resolution skills required
• Preference toward automation and bug prevention
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment required
• Consistent, focused attention to detail
