Portfolio Operations Analyst

The Role

Fidelity TalentSource is looking for a Portfolio Operations Analyst to support Fidelity Charitable during the high-volume Giving Season (October 1 – January 15).

The contractor will focus primarily on reviewing daily account activity in Advent APX and analyzing daily changes in account market value.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Experience in investment operations and/or back-office support a plus
• Strong attention to detail and Excel skills (vlookup and pivot tables a plus)
• Problem solving skills with excellent follow through
• Ability to enter complete and accurate data in a portfolio accounting system
• Experience in Advent APX, or another portfolio accounting system/software, a plus
• Ability to validate daily account activity in Advent APX by reviewing external account information to characterize and ensure it is recorded on internal systems
• Ability to explain daily changes in market value of accounts by validating to money movement activity and security market fluctuations
• Identify and communicate account activity internally via XTRAC
• Flexible with overtime
