The Purpose of This Role

The Advanced Process Solutions team is chartered with driving Digital Transformation and specifically our Operational Excellence strategy throughout Asset Management. In this role, you would interface with Business Leaders, Subject Matter Experts, Business Processes Owners, and Technology teams to execute on that strategy. You will assist the team with process studies and identify re-engineering, optimization, or automation opportunities. You will leverage your technical skills to conceptualize and build automated solutions. The candidate should have some level of experience leveraging automation strategies and tools.

• Ability to work successfully as a team player as well as autonomously and with some ambiguity

Technical

• Experienced developing complex Python applications
• Able to take features from initial concept through design and implementation
• Some level of experience in building end-to-end automation solutions and strategies with the following technologies (Python, REST API / microservices architecture, PL/SQL, lightweight UI tools, no-code/low-code applications or cloud-based solutions)
• Interest for Data Engineering, Data Analytics and leveraging BI solutions
• Interest in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies
• Example of recurrent task: Automating extraction/transformation of an ad-hoc dataset (Python scripting / Airflow) and expose data to the end user (PowerApps)
