Fidelity Investments Hiring for Senior Engineer, Marketing Technology-Customer Data Platforms Full Time

The Role

Fidelity Investments is looking for an experienced Marketing Customer Data Platform (CDP) Senior Engineer, to deliver the next stage of evolution of marketing data capabilities. We are looking for someone who is passionate about building and evolving an enterprise platform of outstanding digital marketing capabilities. In this role, you will architect, design, develop, configure, test, and launch Marketing Data Activation Layer utilizing Customer Data Platform.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

Technology

• Overall 5+ years of Software Engineering Experience.
• Strong background in Marketing Technology specifically in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) like Salesforce CDP, Segment, Adobe implementations including data and integration architecture, onboarding, and setup.
• Experience in building customer centric data model, capture online activities of with known and unknown prospects, stitching identify resolution, data enrichment , metadata management, and create a prospect and customer profile. Experience in SQL.
• Integration experience with batch and real time via ETL jobs, APIs, and Event streams to integrate CDP SaaS tool with rest of the Enterprise Capabilities like Big Data, Snowflake, Event Streams Platforms, Customer Profiles etc. system of records.
• Experience in integrating Customer Data Platform with Marketing campaign Audience management and perform campaign activation via multiple channels like Email, SMS, Advertising Platforms, and tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience and Certifications in AWS, Snowflake and CDP vendors like Segment, Salesforce etc.
• Build solutions with high Availability, Scalability, Performance, Reusability, and Agility standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
